During a public participating session, Dolly Shell verbally demonstrated the density of noise volume produced by scooters riding around her home, garnering laughter from Council and audience members.
As a resident of Ocean Breeze for 26 years, Shell said that the noise produced by scooters has become too loud and irksome for her to bare.
‘Something has got to be done because I can’t stand it anymore,’ Shell said. ‘I cannot take it another year and I don’t intend to.’”
Oh brother… Dolly… get a scooter, maybe you won’t be as grumpy.
