Really!  I nearly had this happen to me once.  Luckily there was about two feet of clearance at the end of the arm, so I just swerved around it.  Don’t let this happen to you!

    Why do people do this? Either in a car or a moron on a scooter. Wait for the ARM to COME DOWN, then make it go up and then GO. Stop trying to beat the ARM, stupid.
