Scooter Press
A nice little write up from the lovely people over at Scooter Press.
“Morphous is definitely no alternative for fans of the classic scooter, and will need a lot more space in the garage or driveway than your Vespa, Stella, or Lambretta. Never the less; Yamaha seems to be on to something here – especially for the US market. Morphous is a cruiser, not only because the manufacturer suggests it is, but because of its features, seating position, and comfort. What is more American than cruising? Combine that with the European style build into every scooter, by just being a scooter, and you have a completely new take on the whole thing.”

No sir; I don’t like it…
Everytime I see that photo I’m pretty certain that it is a bad Photoshop job. It just looks sooo stretched out.
It should be a hit with the “pimp my scoot” crowd though.

Yeah… It’s an aquired taste. I ride an ’86 Honda Helix, so it’s no stretch for me (d’oh! sorry about that one).
I’m kinda used to the long & low feel. The hardest part for me is that it’s a 249cc and for just a bit more I could get a Piaggio BV500. If they squeezed a 400cc in there and got rid of the under-seat storage (while maintaining the price of course), I’d prolly do it.
