You don’t have to spend $2,000+ for a new scoot! When you’re just starting out, buy/build a scooter/moped within your budget. Take the moped above! I’m sure he got it for a steal. Sure, you can’t carry a passenger… and even if you had a banana seat you still wouldn’t find anyone who’d ride with you, BUT you could still hit that Fall rally AND make your child support payments!
