‘People are looking for a less expensive way to get to work or school and a moped or a motorcycle will provide that.’

Depending on the engine type and the size of the gas tank, a scooter or bike can get anywhere between 60 to 90 miles a gallon. By comparison, the newest Hybrid models give you anywhere between 30 to 60.

And even with the weather cooling down, Horner says the benefit and appeal of a bike or scooter is still there.”
