My friend Brian punched me in the arm so I could quickly take a pic of this crazy cat. Look how he is sitting on that seat!! I have also never seen a 3wheel scooter since. Too funny. He doesnt look too pleased with me. Later that night I went indoor shrimping. Fun times.”

I’ve been to Taiwan several times and I can tell that this guy is sitting on a child’s seat. It’s fairly common for Taiwanese parents to install a small seat in front of the main seat so that one of their kids can ride in the stepthrough. Sometimes you’ll see two kids riding behind their parent on the main seat and a third child on the stepthrough seat. Can’t be safe at all , but, hey, it’s sure convenient. Still doesn’t explain why this kook is sitting on the child seat, though.
