You can always just hop on the marry-go-round for a few hours. Looks like another scooter next to it (on the left), so you could bring the kid and have a nice little ride. (I believe this is in Spain, but not sure). Thanks geocorulez for sharing!

An interview with Herbert Diess, Director of BMW’s motorcycle division
Q: What about a BMW scooter?
A: Yes, maybe a BMW scooter! But not just for the sake of achieving volume sales – to get to 150,000 units a year.

Dudel! Salutations.
MmmMMMmm… Another BMW Scooter? I’m intrigued. I’m pretty sure they won’t make the same mistake they made the first time. They, for some reason, got it in their head that they needed to create the ‘safest 2-wheeled vehicle on the road’.
Sure they succeeded, but apparently the demographic that could actually afford it wasn’t diggin’ its geeky style. I would own on in a heart-beat… I’d even consider trading the T5 for it! Crazy, huh?
Let’s see if something shows up in November.
As for the other two posts, I see you’re get some Japanese scooter luvin’ lately. I like the Choi Nori myself, but then again, I’m a sucka for just about any oddball Japanese scooter. One day I’ll own a Motocompo.
Thanks for sharing! I’ll have to let people know about that BMW deal. Maybe we can get some speculation on what it will look like. Anything like the Oberdan Bezzi concept? Who knows. Maybe a C2?! HAHA!

Actually, I think Herbert was being flippant rather than hinting at a production scooter… but we can always hope. In the meantime, here are some fun scoot videos (including the Motocompo).

Oh yeah! I forgot about those videos. At one time I was trying to find an application to “rip” them so I could post them to Google Video… it never worked (damn slow computer).
Thanks for reminding us!
