Today, the Honda Stream is a minivan living somewhere overseas, but back in 1981, the Stream (NV50MC or TB07) was one of the most WTF’d scooters of the decade. It was a three wheeled articulated tricycle or threeter with tilting rearend that was definitely eye-catching.

It was marketed as a sort of future scooter with very 80′s futuristic styling but was only produced for two years before it evolved into the Gyro.

A trunk in the front and a forced air-cooled 2-stroke 49cc motor in the back, the tiny thing only weighed about 150 lbs dry.

You could even get an optional floorboard carpet and a windscreen to help protect against those 30 MPH wind blasts. Go HERE for lots of ginormous brochure scans. See lots more odd tilting 3 wheelers HERE in French.
