The military personnel carrier or the scooter? I’d be willing to wager money that the Hummer is a single passenger vehicle. Tsk tsk… Locked in a cage going down the road by yourself.

    There are FOUR vehicles in the picture, not two. If you convert the hummer driver to a bicycle, not only is it better for his heart. but he’s not as dangerous to a scooter. Of course he may be resistant.
