I don’t know if I need to quit my morning ritual of coffee, whisky and smoking tobacco or what, but I’m finding some werid scooters on the net lately. This would even make “Q” a bit green with envy… Though, they may be on to somthing! Especially if they manage to get the total price below $25,000.
