It’s been hanging around the 70′s here in Austin, TX… beautiful scootering weather. I’m gonna have to check in with the local “I Don’t Give a Shift” crew to see when the next long ride is. In the photo see here from the halighalie flickr collection, it’s FAR from scootering weather… unless you’re Vespa’s got skis and studs.

It’s funny. One person just east of Denver says it is to sloppy or cold to ride, but three die-hards in the city limits think that it’s fine.
I guess it depends on how many jackets you wear.
