Two projects break ground – The Denver Business Journal:: “…a condominium development named Blueprint, is going up at the southeast corner of Colfax Avenue and Madison Street (in Colorado). The project will include ground-floor retail, a car service for residents and a dog-walking service.
Blueprint is scheduled to open next summer. The project will have 39 condos of between 1,300 and 1,700 square feet. The units will sell from the $100s to $400s. As an added incentive, developer Place LLC will give a Vespa to every buyer.
