Peak Oil

Well, summertime is quickly approaching. This morning in Austin, Texas it’s a sunny 61 degrees and as the temperature rises so do gas prices. As you can see, from the GasBuddy chart of the last 9 months, we’re on the upswing with average gas prices in the USA climbing above $2.67/gal.

Are you ready for $3/gal again? Make sure you scooter is tuned and your tires are right ’cause it’s gonna be a bumpy ride! I believe 2007 has more scooter models available that we’ve seen in years, so there’s something for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re grabbin’ groceries, class hopping or making your daily commute, you can do it on your scooter.

If you’ve been thinking about scooters and need some advice, shoot me an email and I’ll see if I can help ya out! thescooterscoop@gmail.com

Or… you can just watch the news and hear them tell you the same thing (ignore the SUV commercial that comes up beforehand)

It peaked at $3.43 last year. I fully expect it to hit $4 this year, though.
