Our loyal and esteemed, on the scene journalist, Lawrence, was digging around the DarkRoastedBlend site and found this article called “Worlds Smallest Vehicles”, and VERY few (if any) are smaller than the PEEL 50! You could click on the title link to see more super-micros, but this PEEL is TEENY! (insert “they’d have to peel you off the pavement” joke here). I mean REALLY! A single passenger car? You think THAT’S funny, check out the procession below!
It’s a hoot. And to think these were commercially available! Well, to the tune of 47 between the years 1963 and 64. They made a 2 seater also from ’64 to ’66. More facts over at the PeelCars site.
