I don’t know what this is. The only marking I see is “classic” on the side. Looks like a single passenger car with scooter handlebars. It’s smaller than a SMART and probably about as safe as a Honda Spree. It’s cute though… and that’s good for… looking cute and stuff.

I think this was taken in Vevey, Switzerland (Lat. 46°27’32.06″N, Long. 6°50’49.78″E). From the rest of the photos and a brief trip there via Google Earth, the place looks stunning!
