I’m scooter, from Barcelona! Pepecars is the best lowcost car rental in Spain, and now they try to do it again with pepemoto… a lot of foreigners uses scooters to visit the citys, almost in Barcelona, remember that Barcelona is the scooter paradise (with permision of China, and Roma)
