Here’s how Phil describes it:

It is less than 1 meter wide for manouverability and energy efficient propulsion and parking, and yet has superior stability . AND it is as simple to steer as a car!. The control is failsafe.

Reminds me of something I see a guy riding around town were I life. His vehicle is an overside go cart though. IT looks like it is inspired by a Harley.

MOther Earth News mag built a three-wheeled leaner back in the 80s, (I think). They never produced plans but I read & re-read that one article many times trying to figure out how to do it myself. As I recall, it used a very basic computer to control the amount of lean based upon steering angle and wheel speed.
It also used a CVT from a snowmachine or industrial equipment, which I was opposed to then but now after living with a CVT scoot every day, seems to make perfect sense.
Maybe its time to re-look at that idea!
