Reportedly, BMW will be adding a new line and some speculate that it may be a Mini scooter. Perhaps rather than an April Fools spoof, the Mini Skini was a marketing evaluation to test consumer demand. BMW cars & motorcycles and Mini cars & scooters.
‘We received 15 orders for the Mini Skini within three hours of sending out the product bulletin to retailers last Friday,’ said Margareta Mahlstedt, communications manager for the Mini brand.

Honda’s best selling light-weight motorcycle, FORZA, underwent a full model change in December 2007. A type of all-new FORZA equipped with an audio system will be introduced in spring 2008.
