That’s what I thought when I saw it. This is actually some sort of homebrew taxi that was seen out and about during the Beijing Olympics. I don’t have any other details, but if it were 2am on a Friday night and this thing passed by bellowing bratwurst smoke I’d chase it down. Click the title link to find the photo’s origens.
